Wayfair UK Is an Absolute Disaster – Never Again!

My experience with Wayfair UK has been beyond appalling. My wife and I waited patiently for Black Friday to snag a bargain on a wardrobe we desperately needed. We found what seemed to be the perfect deal on their website, placed our order, and thought we were all set. But Wayfair turned this into one of the worst shopping experiences of our lives.

First, they put our order on hold without any explanation. After I spent ages calling their so-called customer support, I was assured that the issue was fixed, and the wardrobe would be delivered in two days. I naively believed them - big mistake.

Next, I received an email saying the delivery was delayed by 10 days. Seriously? Fine, I was still willing to wait. But then, the very next day, they cancelled our order entirely! No explanation, no apology, nothing. They just left us hanging.

What makes this even worse is that they wasted our chance to buy a wardrobe at a Black Friday price. By the time they cancelled, the sale was over, and we were forced to look elsewhere at full price. It felt like they outright stole our opportunity for a deal.

Wayfair is a complete joke of a company with terrible systems and appalling customer service. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have cost me time, money, and peace of mind. They clearly don't care about their customers at all.

I will NEVER shop with Wayfair again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid them like the plague. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

The picture doesnt represent the colour I ordered a grey rug but got a totally different colour , I couldnt get onto my account so had to ring customer service which the lady was very nice & helpful but totally disappointed in the actual product

Very bad experience, my product not yet delivered qbd no one contacted me.
