Ordered too many of the oak effect sideboards: 3 beautiful sideboards and only need 2, so will return an opened one.

I ordered a log cabin from Wayfair UK, and while waiting for delivery, I noticed the price had substantially dropped. I contacted customer service to ask if they could match the new price, but the experience was very disappointing.
The representative was unhelpful and simply advised me to cancel the order with no clear assurance that I'd get my money back. Additionally, the delivery time was over 4 months, which is much longer than advertised on the website. It feels like Wayfair acts more like a middleman rather than a direct seller, and when things go wrong, they seem unable or unwilling to help.
Based on this experience, I would avoid purchasing anything over £20 from Wayfair. The risk is not worth it, especially for high-value items.

I didn't get through to anyone but virtual assistant
Never order from them. Order 2 weeks late; it is impossible to get through to anyone.
I have emailed and got an unfinished email back.
The whole process is a disaster. I ordered chairs I have to send back, and I am still waiting for an order that's nearly two weeks late.

Company have made it extremely difficult to find a contact number. Took me 30 mins to find its number - this should be illegal as they are taking money without providing corresponding customer service
I bought something last night and payed through klarna, pay in 3. Today i received an email invoice but it was so unclear that it appeared to have taken the full amount.
There was no reference to the pay in 3. After spending time and energy searching for a telephone number which does not appear on the Wayfair website i finally spoke to someone (number provided by (Be aware of thispissedconsumer). A complete dead end as i was told to speak to Klarna!!! AH!!
I felt abused, frustrated, and completely undervalued as a customer. That business is surely doomed to go down the pan soon!

Dear Sir or Madam,
REFERENCE: Wayfair corner sofa with foot stool
I purchased a Wayfair corner sofa with foot stool from Wayfair. At the point of purchase I paid £679.99.
I bought a new sofa from wayfair and paid for delivery, I did not receive my order in full.
I have been delivered only the base of the sofa no legs, no back, no arms, no cushions and no footstool. I paid £679.99 for the sofa as advertised in the sale with delivery included. Wayfair are only offering a full refund not a replacement or to send my missing components that make up the complete sofa I purchased which is what I prefer. They are saying they will provide a full refund and I have to re-purchase the sofa at the current price which is now on sale for £848.99.
The sofa is still in stock but they are not willing to provide a replacement nor are they wanting to arrange collection of the base parts which have been delivered. I am now left with 3 large base units to dispose off and expected to pay almost £200 more for a sofa I purchased and which was delivered within 72hours. I made the purchase on 27th May and delivery was 31st. This is a rental property of which now has no sofa - so not rentable and costing me £.
Under the consumer rights agreement I am entitled to the sofa at the price I paid. .
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Wayfair that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product for less than 14 days, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced.
I await confirmation that you will provide the remedy set out above within 14 days of the date of this letter.

They have changed the base measurements of media wall I originally ordered which means I have to incur additional costs to re-work the floor preparation.They have missed 2 delivery dates resulting in me having to pay the workmen for wasting their time.I have lost £400 due to the costs I have incurred above and their ‘compensation’ offer was an insulting £10 voucher which I am disputing actively.
The manufacturer has both changed the Media Wall dimensions and now failed to supply on 2 separate dates.
The young lady I dealt with at Wayfair was excellent in trying to sort out the delivery issue ASAP

Cut off each time I called the number...assume it was invalid.
On 8 occasions requested a valid number...none forthcoming.

There are a lot of companies using your store to scam people unfortunately i have been scammed 3 times. Please look into this as it's very upsetting I'm a pensioner can't afford to loose money.

Ordered an item on 19 June, delivery suppose to be next day. But next day I got the message that it will be shipped on 1July.
On the 1 July, customer service advised me that for additional cost they can bring it faster, but I have to wait for another 1- 2 weeks. Item was a fridge. In our office the fridge have broken down and we have a heatwave in UK and neither me nor my employees was unable to store any drinks or food as the fridge.
We were waiting for this fridge for nearly 2 weeks, and after they said I need to wait for at least another week and asked additional money. This is absolutely unacceptable and nobody should use they're service

Supposed to be delivered 1st august. Then next day delivery.
Got in touch with Evri Assistant supposed to be on it. Got text saying be delivered next day still waiting said if not delivered be contacting me before 10am. Heard nothing. Still waiting.

Everything leads back to on line. Very very annoyed
To request a refund for a declined order
Contact with your customer service team was brilliant, helpful and prompt. However, the process of delivering order which led to my declining it, was awful.
Apart from delay in delivering the order, there several failed appointments to deliver. They did not update the customer when the appointment could not be honoured.
User's recommendation: I will not recommend DHL as the delivering company, their service was very poor.
